For your convenience and to assist you with the application process, we have provided a secure, electronic version of the rental application.
        1. You may fill out the application online and print it.
        2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
        3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

The application fee is $43 for all adults over the age of 18. A holding deposit of $100 and proof of income (last two paystubs or current tax returns) are required with your completed application.
